I have to confess a definite approval-factor of the One Share universe moral off the bat. For a property with the word “shonen” lawful there in its title, the reveal is surprisingly devoid of the usual formulaic clichés that bog down most entries into the genre. Rather than endless fighting in some mystical tournament, One Allotment has absolutely mastered the art of giving fighting fans what they want and blending it with a nice adventure driven region. I was curved immediately.

That said, Season Two, Second Voyage contains episodes 67-78 of the ongoing saga across two discs. The packaging, as has been the case with the Spot 1 releases thus far, consists of two thin packs within an aesthetic cardboard outer slipcase. Runtime comes in at 320 minutes and the expose wears an appropriate if not slightly conservative TV 14 rating (due to a loyal dose of cartoony violence rather than evil language, nudity, or gore) .
Language options are standard sub & dub, which means the viewer has the choice of the novel Japanese dialog track (stereo) or an English dub (Dolby Digital 5.1) and the option of running English subtitles with either.

It is very easy to miss!)
The One Portion Season Two Second Voyage basically consists of two record arcs: The first of which involves the rescue and attempted return of a essential princess (Vivi) to her home land (and the ensuing pursuit) and the second involves a prehistoric island which fair so happens to be home to a pair of dueling faded giants. I purchase that succor, there are in fact three narrative arcs. The third takes status amidst the other two as a sort of spin-off yarn devoted entirely to the crew’s buddy Coby.
In all honesty, I cannot say that this has been my preferred share of the overall prose but this section of the grander epic does entertain (including the introduction to the mysterious character Robin who plays a grand larger role later on) . I bid my acquire disappointment comes from the fact that there isn’t a whole lot of oceanic pirating to picture nor are our gross crew’s special powers utilized to quite the degree of awesomeness that fans have grown to question.
Of course this isn’t to say that there aren’t a real stream of near-invincible baddies to dispatch, damsels in pain to rescue, or gratified ignorance displayed by the favorable captain, Monkey D. Luffy, the memoir honest seems to jaunt off on several sidetracks along the contrivance.
Worse tranquil is that this status really ends on a cliffhanger which may or may not be considered a proper thing to those of us forced to wait patiently for the next installment to come!
Fans of the exhibit will continue to relish the modern, washed-out visual style that has become One Piece’s staple over time. The sound work is position on in both language options with the English dub working unprejudiced about as well in every aspect as the new Japanese track.
At times it’s almost hard to maintain that it has been exactly a decade since this collection debuted on Japanese airwaves. While advances in animation process and technology are undisputable, the charm that made One Share a gem then is undoubtedly quiet expose now.
In all a must-own collection for those of us who have been taking the voyage thus far (even if it isn’t the best mini sage arc per se’) . The special features are quite nice and the packaging maintains the profitable ogle and feel of its predecessors. AAARRR!! One Section fans rejoice as Funimation presents another block of episodes that were almost entirely skipped in the 4Kids version. The first two episodes of this situation focus on a pair of unlikely heroes, Koby (who befriended Luffy at the beginning of the series) and Helmeppo (the unpleasant son of mature Marine Captain Axe Hand Morgan) . These two are initially stuck doing manual labor at Marine HQ, but are suddenly thrust into an bright adventure by Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp (Luffy’s grandpa) . We return to Luffy’s crew as they near at Dinky Garden Island, a “lost world” rotund of prehistoric creatures, a couple of duelling giants (Dorry and Broggy), and more grief from the Baroque Works. Mr. 5, Ms. Valentine’s Day, and the Unluckies return for a rematch. Mr. 3 and his partner, Ms. Goldenweek, also advance and present their possess unpleasant powers. Finally, we hear from the Baroque Works head honcho (Sir Crocodile) himself! Luffy and Co. figure that they better run to Vivi’s kingdom before Crocodile takes over. But a unusual dilemma rears its hideous head as Nami is stricken with a mysterious fever. In search of a doctor, the Straw Hats come at Drum Island, where they will encounter a unique enemy (Wapol) and a original crewmate (Tony Tony Chopper) . Quit tuned for Season 2 Voyage 3; it will be immense!
